Paelleras are the Valencian tradition when it comes to making paella, the name of the dish coming from the pan in which it is cooked; however most people refer to them as Paelleras. The debate continues between different areas of Spain as to whether the best Paellas are cooked in cazuelas or Paelleras, we leave the choice to you.
