1 gram of uncut, unadulterated, long stems of Saffron. Direct from the Crocus (Crocus Sativus) fields of La Mancha (just south of Madrid and Toledo). Produced by La Pradera, a family run business picking, toasting and producing Saffron in the time honoured tradition............by hand, there literally is no other way to do this delicate work. The saffron comes straight to us from the family home. Approximately 200 flowers are required to make one gram.
