Throw it in the freezer for a couple of hours, give it the occasional shake and……… hey presto, you have a “Horchata granizada” at home! If you have never tried "Horchata" you are in for a treat! A long, ice cold summer drink creamy, sweet and very slightly nutty. 1 litre, no need for refrigeration until it’s opened.
