We have tried to make these recipes as easy to follow and clear as possible, they are tried and tested. Each recipe should help you to make a really tasty dish that you can find everyday in many a Spanish restaurant or household. They are traditional style Spanish food, not UK adaptations or something with "A Spanish style" conjured up in the imagination non Spanish chef or cookery author.

We sell some of the ingredients, but not all of them. As with any food you prepare the quality is in the basic products, Spain fortunately still has a vigorous network of local markets and seasonal/regional variations in the food eaten - what this means basically is that a great deal of the food is fresher there, consequently tastes better and adds to the overall dish. Having said that, organic food can be a little hard to find in Spain at times.
