Terms and Conditions

We feel certain that you will be delighted with any items you order from us and hope they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with something we have or haven't done, we can reach a mutually agreeable solution including either replacement or refund, you should be aware however of our terms and conditions of sale as detailed below.

Availability
All of our items are held in stock for immediate dispatch. Orders before 3pm normally ship the same day for next day delivery, (not Friday, Saturday or Sunday). All goods are offered subject to availability. We will inform you on receipt of your order if any item is unavailable. We will let you know at the same time when we expect to have more stock. We reserve the right to offer a full or partial refund if we can't complete an order.

Payment
Goods will be delivered/dispatched as soon as full payment is received by us or authorized by your card company. If you are paying by card your order will normally ship the same day.

The price you are charged at the site checkout is complete, including all taxes and delivery costs.

All prices are in £ Sterling. We frequently ship outside of the UK, but you need to contact us via e-mail to discuss shipping and payment.

For your security, please do not include card details in e-mails to us.

Packing, Breakages & Returns
We pack everything very well & ship quickly - it's not worth our while not to. We use re-cycled packaging wherever possible and our foam chips are bio-degradable. In the unlikely event that something arrives to you and it's not in perfect condition we will refund your money or replace your goods without question, but with the following conditions:

• You sign for your order where applicable
• You inspect your order when you receive it
• You let us know within 24 hours of any damage or something you are unhappy with (e-mail: info@saborear.co.uk or phone: 0118 9753838)
• You may be asked for a digital photograph of any damage
• The decision to refund or replace is ultimately ours
• If you want to send something back to us because you don't like it, then unfortunately you have to pay the carriage (we're happy to answer as many questions as you need before you purchase)
• If you are not available to accept delivery our courier will leave a card and re-attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that your package is held by the couriers for 3 days, you can contact them as per their details on the card to arrange re-delivery. If it is not possible to deliver to you, your package is returned to us. We will then refund against your order less the original shipping charge. If your returned order contains perishables, then unfortunately we can't offer you a refund against those either.

But, it almost never happens...

Product images & descriptions
We have tried to give all products clear descriptions - if you have any doubts or questions about this, drop us a line as per our contact details.

Terracotta
Terracotta kitchenware comes with care instructions it's very important that you read them before first use. We would strongly recommend measuring your oven or microwave before ordering some of the larger cazuelas and kitchenware.

Measurements
All sizes are approximate, if you are uncertain if something will fit, it may be better to err on the side of caution and discuss it with us.

We aim to reply all e-mail correspondence within 2 hours maximum (during office hours).

Please include your telephone contact details in any correspondence, sometimes it's often easier to give you a quick call to go over any queries.

Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated automatically on our site. Each product has a weight associated with it and the delivery costs you pay are relative to the weight of the order. Delivery costs start at £3.85 and are capped at £6.50 for UK mainland.

Delivery is generally next day (with order confirmation before 3.00pm, not with Friday, Saturday or Sunday orders we're afraid). Please note however that this is not a guarantee.
