A very hard to find ingredient in the UK, but widespread in Spain. One of many pepper varieties used in Spanish cuisine. The same pepper that is used to make Paprika, but whole, not ground as with paprika. Often added to stews and paella recipe variations, an essential ingredient for Bacalao a la Vizcaina. A very distinctive and full flavour, slightly smokey & earthy. 16gr box, approximately 3-5 whole peppers
